Acceptance of Terms
Facgure Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Paperpilot application (the "Service") to you, regardless of age, for the purpose of assisting with the writing, storage, and management of dissertations, theses, or school projects. By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

Description of Service
The Service is designed to facilitate academic writing and project management by providing tools and services including, but not limited to, file storage, the Rover, and a Plagiarism checking service.

User Accounts
There are two types of user accounts:
General User: Any individual who signs up for the Service without university credentials.
iThesis User: Any individual who registers using university-provided credentials to access the Service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

Privacy and User Files
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The Service will not use, read, or access your stored files without your consent.

Services and Payment
a. Rover: An AI tool to assist with thesis writing.
b. Plagiarism Checking: A service for verifying the originality of written content.
c. Monthly Rover Access: A subscription service that provides unlimited access to Rover.
Rover is accessible through in-app purchases, while the Plagiarism Checking service may be charged separately via Thai QR Payment. The Monthly Rover Access subscription is priced at 249 THB per month and provides unlimited message exchanges with Rover.

User Conduct and Service Limitations
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Free users are limited to 20 message exchanges with Rover. The Rover service supports text-based conversations only.

AI Usage Policy
When using Rover, our AI assistant, please be aware that:
a. The content generated by Rover is for informational and assistance purposes only.
b. Users are responsible for verifying and fact-checking any information provided by Rover.
c. Rover's responses should not be considered as professional or expert advice.
d. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by Rover.
e. User interactions with Rover are logged for service improvement purposes, but the content of these interactions is kept confidential.

Intellectual Property
All contents of the Service are the intellectual property of Facgure Co., Ltd. or its licensors. However, any content created by users through their interaction with Rover is the sole intellectual property of the user. Facgure Co., Ltd. will not use this user-generated content for any intellectual property purposes.

User Conduct

Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, under certain circumstances.

Fees and Payments
Fees for paid services are charged on a subscription basis and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property
All contents of the Service are the intellectual property of Facgure Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use.

Updates and Maintenance
We may periodically release updates to the Paperpilot application to improve functionality, fix bugs, or enhance security. These updates may be automatic or require user action. We may also conduct scheduled maintenance, during which time the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We will strive to provide advance notice of any significant updates or maintenance periods that may affect service availability.

Technical Support
While we do not provide direct technical support, users can submit feedback and suggestions through the feedback function within the Paperpilot application. We appreciate your input and will consider it for future improvements to the Service.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for issues related to the plagiarism checking services within Paperpilot. For details on the refund process, please visit https://www.ithesis.co/refund-policy. Please note that subscriptions are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Paperpilot, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate formal proceedings. Any formal legal action shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.

Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify users via email and in-app notifications for any significant changes related to Rover or subscription services. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Thailand while using the Paperpilot application.

Service Termination
In the event that Paperpilot terminates its services, users may claim compensation for any losses incurred, as permitted by law. Any data generated through Paperpilot can be requested by users only in the case of service termination.

Data Export
If the service is terminated, users have the right to request any data generated through Paperpilot.

Governing Language
The Thai language version of these Terms of Service shall be the governing version in case of any translation into other languages.

Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the use of Paperpilot shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
